#272 Diacritics in Linux Libertine SemiBold

Several letters in Linux Libertine SemiBold (which is, confusingly, picked by default instead of Bold for \bfseries in XeLaTeX) have poor positioning of diacritics.

Regarding letters I care about, «l̦» (or basically l with any non-attaching diacritics below) has the accent too far to the left. And «p̒» (this seems to be specific to a few letters including «p» and U+0312 COMBINING TURNED COMMA ABOVE) has the accent too far to the right.
