#180 Kerning between two IPA symbols to small
The kerning between U+02D0, triangular colon, and U+028A, small upsilon, in that order, is slightly too small in Libertine. In the opposite order, "u:", it's fine.
Using XeLaTeX at 12 pt, doing \hspace{.3pt} is sufficient to fix the problem and match the other order.
