Linux Launcher for Games uses WINE https://www.winehq.org/ as it's engine to run Windows games. WINE is an open source implementation of Windows API for Linux and Unix operating systems.

For graphical user interface Linux Launcher for Games uses The GTK+ http://www.gtk.org/ widget library.
