#6 SCN/ESI UDP port problem? URGENT!!!

To implement SCN and ESI using UDP sockets what is the
port we've to use in the server side.... Is there any well
kNown port allocated for the ESI/SCN.. ? In which port the
server side UDP socket has to be created? How that port
will be made known to the client?
