[LHA-misc] new to list

Hello I am new to the list.  I have an interest in discovering as much 
as possible about Linux in the Home Automation area.   Can anyone give 
me some useful links on the subject.  Any information on companies that 
deal with HA and linux  appliances and any of the applicable standards 
that are in use, would be appreciated.
