[LHA-misc] linux driver for the EIB

Hi!

Just in case someone is interested in this:

We developed a linux driver for the EIB (European/Electrical/
Enhanced Installation Bus). The EIB is a standard bus for 
home and building automation systems. Its development 
originated in Germany, so it's a bit unknown outside of 
Europe, I guess.
