#3 Define the "State" of an account

For each question there are files and directories which
are to be created or changed. The problem is that
sometimes there can be an overlap of these files and
directories.

Therefore, when constructing an account with a set of
questions, every "changeable" file should be known so
that the next question does not conflict with the
existing questions.

This information can be stored in a variable
called "State" which should be passed to the
question-creation script every
time it is called.
