Section I need help on: mounting files  from window

Amount of RAM on my system: 128 megabytes

i'm using RH 7.2,(since few days ago)so far i installed it and it's working fine. i been trying so hard to mount files from windows, so far i managed to get to: ls /mnt/windowsc, i can see all files on my C:drive but i cant mount files of my choice. Expl, i want to mount "linux manuales" how can i do that?

any help you may render to me will be much appreciated
