Section I need help on: CD-ROM to Hard drive

Amount of RAM on my system: 128 megabytes

Message: Hi,
I am trying to copy the Installation CD (two disk set) for Red Hat 7.1 onto a hard drive so that I can install from this hard drive to another hard drive.
So I am using the hard drive as a backup of the CD's.  This is because we are using computers that do not have CD-ROM's.  

Is this possible?  If it is, how do I go about doing this, from the beginning, sorry I am a beginner :)?
