Ok, that is the problem, I see ;)

I guess that means there is not such a toolchain. Is the SH/4 anyway SH/3 
compliant or does it have a different instruction set?
I guess you already know that there is no such toolchain as described but 
if you're not sure I could *try* looking ;)
