You have built the cross compiling tools and your kernel? It's not clear.

Assuming all these are built, what commands are you issuing? And what is the response on the RH box?

If you can boot the ip-loader, or whatever, you don't need to make more coasters. It's just not clear what you are doing here, please explain some more.
