Yes,

I wrote it over six months ago - see aica.c in the CVS.

Alas it is not generally available in a binary form - (though there is a working kernel at http://www.mcmen.demon.co.uk) - the best thing is to make yourself a toolset and build your own kernel (references on how to do this found on http://linuxdc.org).

One day soon we may actually get round to posting a bootable image with all the "new" stuff (sound, light gun, rumblepak) included, just hasn't happened yet.
