There is a reason for me being so pendantic - this is the closest we can
get to "changesets" in CVS.  Each functional commit to the repository
should have a logical block that describes it in ChangeLog.dc.  We can then
use the date of checkin or other CVS info to revert whole changes at once.

Eventually I'll write all this stuff down.
