Currently Bill's article [1] is the best guide to getting started, Karl and=
 I
are working on the content of linuxdc.org (still down) as I write this.
We'll be providing binaries of the tools at that point as well.

I couldn't really forsee anyone having problems with Bill's article, since =
he
covers all of the bases and leaves no room for error :).  If you do start
getting into other problems (i.e. NFS mounting etc.) don't hesitate to ask
about them here.
