What have you got?

Basic steps:

download the sources off the cvs as described
Don't use the .config supplied on the site - I can email you one if you want
Do use the dcloader (have you got a BBA or a cable?)
But don't use the settings in the config file!

Or else you'll have to burn a CD-R!
