Hello,

After having read over the pvr2dcfb driver I noticed a few relatively
unimportant issues with it. Namely, it was missing MTRR support, it
was using the old module interface, and debugging wasn't a config
option.

This is a quick simple patch that addresses these issues. It is untested
as it was just written in a few minutes .. a few minutes ago. So you
might just want to run as fast as you can in the opposite direction of
it, but feel free to try it anyways.
