[linuxdc-dev] BBA support finished

I've completed Broadband Adapter support and it's now in the latest CVS
snapshot.  I'm currently working on docs that detail booting this kernel
with BusyBox and so on.

Also the FAQ for LinuxDC has been updated - please let Karl or myself know
of any additions you would like to see.  The same goes for documentation.
