Kdrive evdev support and Xephyr with evdev

Hello,

I'm sending two patches for the xserver module.

The kdrive-evdev.patch adds support for evdev mouse and keyboard and=20
solves a Caps, Num and Scroll lock problem when the server is compiled=20
with XKB support.

The other one, kdrive-ephyr-evdev.patch, adds an option to the ephyr=20
kdrive xserver (-use-evdev) to use the evdev input driver instead of=20
getting events from the underlying X server. It also adds a -geometry=20
option.
