Ruby redux 2.6.14

Hi,

sorry for being so silent lately, I had other projects to do
and I had no time for ruby. Anyway, I updated it for linux-2.6.14.
I haven't tried fixing fbcon, it had other updates in mainline
that broke compilation in ruby. I still owe you reducing ruby
further that I promised, e.g. keeping the global vc_cons array.
I try to do it soon, the fbcon compilation failure will be solved
by that.

I am running it now, together with Ingo Molnar's 2.6.14-rt2
realtime patchset. They don't clash, the machine feels _much_
faster.
