Please show sound device examples

It is not clear how to configure sound devices using
Aivil's new faketty method.
Could someone please show me an example where for
example:
/dev/dsp0 is associated with /dev/ftty50 (vt50),
/dev/dsp1 (and associated mixer, etc.) is associated
with /dev/ftty51 (vt51), etc.
