Hi, I've successfully replaced a 2.6.10-ruby kernel with 2.6.13-1.1561 from fedora development using the faketty-0.03 solution-- thanks Aivils! I've got a complex setup....including a PCI Matrox G100 MMS driving three heads (one of which has two screens) and video-out from my old AGP 3dfx Voodoo3 driving my TV for mythtv output (as soon as I get the bt869 i2c driver working with 2.6.13, doh). Input comes from one AT keyboard, two USB keyboards, three usb mice and a ps/2 -> usb converter for my pc /tv airlink keyboard / mouse (useful from the TV with mythtv). Just updated to FC4. In working with it last night, I moved my usb printer (cannon i550) from one usb hub to another, and suddenly, the usb mouse on one of my heads stopped working. Took a look at /proc/bus/input/devices, and it looked like the faketty ordering changed, with the ftty2 entry normally associated with that usb mouse missing. Haven't tried reproducing the problem yet, so maybe it just a fluke, but after a reboot this morning, did notice that it was fine. Frederick Koehler Aivils Stoss wrote: >On Sestdiena, 17.
