faketty + 2.6.13

Hi,

Running with faketty + 2.6.13 had to make a change in
faketty: class_simple disappeared with this release.
Did I sign off on that change? ;-)

I include the change to now use class_device_create
and class_device_destroy.

Works great. But I like 2.6.12-vz3 of James Van
Zeeland and faketty better with the nicksched
scheduler. Works smoother in my case.

The test: run the CPU 100% with something.
Play music. Run a clock with a seconds tick. Switch
screens from X to fbcon. Should happen immediately and
the sound should stay whole, the ticks not elongated.

Zaphod scheduler did not do that, nicksched does.
