Hi,

I'm using xorg 6.8.2, and isolateDevice is not working for me either 
(PrefBusId did work in xfree86 4.3 days). 

Instead adding Option "SingleCard" "true" to both ServerLayout sections works 
flawlessly with the same patch (Xorg 6.7.0 patch).
