bruby-2.4.29 + consolechars

Hi!

I thought I posted problems with bruby 2.4.29 (and
previous) and consolechars (Ruby does it right):

Boot sequence is set consolechars, start gdm.

But the console does not have the right characters.

If one then sets them again, stops gdm and restarts,
they are set right.

Who knows why that works...
