2.4.29-rc1 is out... so is bruby (with more PCspeaker)

    As kernel 2.4.29-rc1 is out with some security bugfixes,
    I added the PCspeaker pitch corrections suggested by Hugo, and also
    I modified the bounding of speaker to VTs :
=09in the original bruby, the speaker is bound only to the first console;
=09in this last patch, the available speaker is bound to any existing VT.
