For me at least, it would be interesting to know:
* What hardware are you running (cpu, ram, motherboard)?
* Monitor cables are usually not very long. Have you extended them, 
  and if so, how long and do you know how long such cables can they be?
* What window manager do you use?
* How does the system respond if all user uses a lot of resource
  consuming processes (mozilla, openoffice...) at the same time?
