Works for me with two FX5200 cards.  2.6.9 and Xorg 6.8.1.  I'm
experiencing occasional, sporadic X resets, but I upgraded from XFree
4.4 til Xorg 6.8.1 at about the same time as I upgraded the nVidia
drivers.
