This patch doesn't disable vga save/restore. It just initializes the
vgaHWPTr structure so that secondary cards access it's own memory space.
This prevents the computer from hanging at server startup. The problem
with restore can be solved by disabling the RestoreBySetMode option of
the sis driver.
