Getting 2.6.7 patch right

Hi!

Helge mentioned that he got the 2.6.7 ruby patch from
cvs.
I got it from:
http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/message.php?msg_id=9284799
and got an error compiling (that I fixed).

I have trouble generating the patch from the cvs tree.
It is huge (3.9mb), which cannot be. Anyone care to
share the right diff options? I thought -Naur would do
it, but not so...
