Aivils,

I did not say this right. It is a user db in concept,
but not in fact. It is a regular html file. I generate
that from a .tex file that has a table in it and I
merely update the table.

For the moment a "real" db is not necessary, only when
we suddenly get a flood of new customers...

I attach the flat .tex file that I use.
