Multiuser fbcon failed.  The pc just sat there, the framebuffers loaded
but no consoles.  The keyboard that usually gets the first console
responded to the numlock/capslock keys.  The other keyboard was
completely dead.  Seems it hung after attaching the first keyboard,
before attaching the second.  sysrq+B worked on the "working" keyboard,
not the other.
