patches from 2.6.1 to 2.6.7

Hi!

I have created a simple page where the "history" of ruby from kernel
2.6.1 to 2.6.7 is documented as bzip2-compressed patches against the
vanilla linux kernel.

I don't know whether it is possible to fetch the state of the repository
from sourceforge for every kernel version. Anyway, as I am not a
developer I missed a place where I could just download a kernel patch.
So I created one :-)
