ruby 2.6.3 2.4.25

Hi All!

     Now ruby synced to 2.6.3.

Status of fbcon is very suspicious. For me works tdfxfb , but failed
sstfb. fbcon as module must be loaded after fbdev driver. fb console
removing not implemented yet.

Recent backstreet-ruby also available
