This wil not help. You need compile into kernel fb low
level drivers and fb console. Modules will not work.

Sorry Hugo, You are outsider now, because TNT2 will not
work for me and GeForce4 too :(
fbdev Nvidia looks unattended. Of course You might catch
low level drivers bug.
Enjoy glx acceleration instead :)
