howto update (ruby-2.6, bruby VC per VT) needs feedback :-)

could you check

Aivils i do know that ruby supports multiple fbconsoles already ( thanks :-)
)
but i think i should send first this update for the VC per VT changes in
newer bruby,
and ruby-2.6 , and once i have more experiance with the new multiple fbcon
make a new update
