i was wondering what i have forgoten 
 
added 
* handling of the video hack  
 
* TODO (sort of) 
IMO this are the things missing 
- status/ ext_status (might be usefull for bug reporting) 
- show config 
- does the curr. configuration matches conf file ? 
- cond_restart for input, hackvideo? 
  for input already there in force_reload, but is this the correct way
