HID quirk patch.

This seems to have gotten lost somewhere amongst the noise, it adds a
quirk for my mouse, apparently they were not quite smart enough to just
use the second wheel axis for the second wheel.

I've been using it for a while with no problems.

(They don't make a mouse with even more buttons, if they do then it
should have a different USB device ID.)
