i made backport from ruby CVS. I couldn't start framebuffer under ruby
2.5.X so
will not backport. If James Simons push their work into
linuxconsole.bkbits.com , i can try.

This patch is unknow origin. I use it and it work. Can any body in smooth
english explain this in Xpert mailing list and ask for safe, security.
