quickstart guide update

Hi,

I've tried to update the quickstart to reflect the current state of 
things, including the kernel config as it stands. I committed the change 
but don't see it at http://linuxconsole.sourceforge.net/quick.html 
[yet]. Will it show up there? Is there a manual copy required before 
things reach the site?

I then tried to follow the instructions using the "supported" kernel 
2.5.27. It won't compile. Should I be using a later kernel? Do we still 
need to apply patches to get the console rework or has it been folded in 
along with the input stuff?

Is it possible to do clean independent multihead? I saw the message from 
Andreas Schuldei but I don't know if that was similar to Miguel's 
approach (http://cambuca.ldhs.cetuc.puc-rio.br/multiuser/) or if it is 
employing the console reorg.
