I will illustrate total difference of X and fb users (dead way discussion).
If MAX_NR_CONSOLES create limitations , that must be configurable.
James Simons kernel patches realy allow run N independ-input-output XFree
servers with N /dev/tty's , whats realy happen in may home system.
If James Simons menace all Linux folks, of course You should restrict he :)
