We are not talking about number of virtual console per virtual terminal
(whatever it is - I always thought that virtual console is wrong term
for virtual terminal, and so there is inherent 1:1 relation).

Do you say that if you hit alt-f2, nothing will happen? That's
what we are talking about... Even smallest system I know uses 2: one
for text terminal, and another for X running (if I'll not count system
which has zero of them).

Besides that 'I do not need that' is not valid argument. Same way I can
say that I do not need anything else than matroxfb, so lets remove
other drivers, other architectures than ia32...
