working sidewinder driver

Hello,

I almost finish to write the sidewinder driver using the patch of J.
Deneux which I would to thanks because this patch save me a lot of time,
I was tired of trying to compile ruby or even 2.5 series ...
The driver support all kind of sidewinder effects except custom.

I need people to test it: here is the address:

I add a GTK utility to test it:

I think this utility should work with other force feedback devices but
I'm not sure at all.
