ruby Trouble with new hardware

Now I have KT266 chipset motherboard.
I couldn't start my TNT2 (AGP) X sever.
X will start, when after 1-4 seconds freezy.
Any other X (PCI) run as nothing happen although X(AGP) freezy.
System will not reboot.
Tested open and closed source nvidia drivers, lots of BIOS setings.

Trouble only with linux-ruby.
I don't use CVS ruby . Couldn't say which tree.
99.99% is from ruby-2.5.2
2.4.18 kernel patched.

No problems with older 440ZX chipset.

Can You get me tiny guidance of bug hunting?
