PPC status

Hi Vojtech,

would you mind updating utils/scancodes.h with your latest status? I want 
to regenerate the PPC tables, but it seems scancodes.h is not quite uptodate.

After that you can include the PPC stuff of ruby in your next merge to the 
dj tree.
