input patch for kernels 2.4.17

Hi,

It seems I finally managed to make it. The patch is available at
http://www.docs.uu.se/~johannd/projects/ff/patch-2.4.17.bz2

It includes the input-related part of the ruby tree, without the console
stuff.
People using ps2 keyboards and/or mice must enable support for them in the
input section of the config panel. Indeed, the standard kernel code for
handling keyboards and ps2 mice is disabled by the patch.

This patch may not work for non-intel architectures. That's because I had
to do manipulations on pc_keyb.c to get it to work. Similar manipulations
may be needed for other architectures.
