Compile trouble (ARM merge ?)

Hello,

I've had to commit changes to 'drivers/Makefile' to
get 2.4.13-ruby to 'make depend'. the 'drivers/hotplug'
directory doesn't exist so putting it in 'subdir-y'
would not allow compiling. Also, I had to comment out
the config statement for l3. I didn't have problem with
'ssi', but as there was a typo ('subdif' instead of
'subdir') I removed it anyway (and fixed the typo).

Hope I didn't break to much stuff...
