Commited. It uses a couple custom struct, I didn't see anything
reasonably similar in fb.h ?

Note: it compiles, but hasn't been tested. Should work with any driver,
it's just 2 wrappers around fb_ops->fb_fillrect and fb_ops->fb_copyarea.
