Great! Does it, by chance, include the ability for bidirectional
communication with a PS/2 device from a user space program?

I want to write a keymap download program for Handykey's Twiddler2
(a chording keyboard connected to the PS/2 keyboard and mouse ports,
see http://www.handykey.com), for which this would be very handy.
