Soft accel engine font drawing.

I finally sat down and pounded out some code. Basically I just started
from scratch. It works for only 8 bpp modes. Sorry. It also is not
optimizated at all. So Frank if you want to give it a try with the OF
framebuffer go for it. It should complie and work. I tested the font
drawing code on my 3dfx card, of course with no acceleration.
