[ANNOUNCE] Synced with 2.4.6

I just finished the finally syncing with Linus 2.4.6 tree and Russell
kings 2.4.6-rmk1 tree. I tested both and they work :-) The tree also
should work with the latest PPC tree thanks to Frank Sirl.
